How to review an output bundle#

Read the bundle in this order:

  1. the benchmark summary table

  2. the query definitions

  3. candidate-versus-rerank comparisons

  4. the top-hit tables

  5. the interpretation paragraph in the corresponding article

What to look for#

The most important review question is not “did a method score well on average?” but “did the compressed method preserve the part of the neighborhood that matters for the stated biological question?”
